Weigh in

I am sorry. I didn't realize you had posted. I am glad to hear that you found something that is working. I have had a similar experience. I went through a few different diet plans and gave up after a couple of days. I have finally found one that works for me. It's just eating healthy, watching calories, (125--1350 a day), watching sugar, eating whole grains, etc. It did take a couple of weeks to slowly transition to eating more fruits, more veg, more lean meat and only whole grains (pasta, breads, etc). In that two weeks, I lost 4 lbs. I wasn't even trying to. It was just a result of the adjustment to my diet. I lost another 3 lbs last week. I was so excited. I have been only exercising lightly. I have been too busy, but am going to try to kick it up a notch this week and walk or do some sort of exercise atleast 4 times this week. I also had to put my scale away. I did sneak in and peak twice, but was glad to see that my changes were working. I had Chad hide it and I can only weigh in once every 2 weeks now. I have set up a reward system for each 2 straight weeks I stay on it without cheating. Well, I can cheat one day a week, but not super bad. I can just have a couple hundred extra calories. So, even though I stuck to it for M-F, I didn't on Sat or Sun. So, I am counting myself as 4 days and I have to go another 10 before I can buy a new pair of sunglasses ($20 max, so nothing great...but, I do need a new pair). I will try to update once a week.
