Weigh in

Hope your vacation was fun. We have been busy with the garage sale and family in town. Needless to say, we haven't worked out at all but did set a date to begin (Tuesday, this week). I did still lose 3lbs though, must just be from being so busy. So, I am now at 146. My goal now feels more attainable and I am feeling much healthier. I hope I keep doing well. I'll weigh in next week.

I do still check it.

I do still check this blog. I usually glance at it once or twice a week. I didn't post anything further because I didn't know if you were still checking it. So glad to hear WW is working for you. I finally made it into the 140's...well 149, but that motivated me. Summer is always a bit easier for me to lose weight. Fruits and veggies are less expensive and we are outside a lot. I am just going to keep eating healthy and watching calories. After our garage sale in June (if you guys want to put anything in, feel free and we can keep track of your items sold, June 25,26,27, we are going to have lots of extra room in our basement for our workout equiptment. We are going to have a bow flex, two treadmills, a weight machine, stair stepper, and free weights and a ball. 3-4 nights a week, we are going to work out with our neighbors in our basement. Our kids go to bed at 7pm, so we will all work out together after that. I think that will keep us all committed to it. Chad wants and needs to lose about 15lbs, I want to get to about 130-135, and our neighbors actually want to gain weight and muscle. Wish I was in their situation. I am glad you posted. I will post again next week when I weigh in.

June 3rd

I am not sure if you are still checking this but I thought I would write a quick post. I have been doing weight watchers pretty well for 8 weeks not. As of today I am at 162.8. That actually is almost 10 pounds done from when we started in January. I am pretty happy about that. We are going to the house boat on June 15th and my goal is to be the 150's...I feel today this may actually be possible.
