Kindra
I didn't weigh in last Friday. I am on my period, so I know I am retaining a couple lbs. of water. I will wait until after to weigh in. I did the p90x stretching today and it felt SO good. Suprisingly, I could do all of the most advanced stretches. I guess despite my weight gain I am still very flexible. It felt really nice. The workouts are pretty intense. I am not going to put any pressure on myself to complete the full hour or do the number of reps etc. as they do. I am beginning and any bit of exercise I do get is still more than nothing. I would guess my weight is still around 155. I haven't done much this past week or two to really lose any weight.
