SOOOOOOO TIRED!

Well, I did weigh in and was 153 which is down a couple lbs from last week. I can't really attribute this to anything besides being so busy this past week. I have been feeling so motivated to work out and the weather is so beautiful that I want to go for bike rides and walks, but I am so exhausted. Cort has been sick for about a week with a cough and hasn't been sleeping well at all. I am only getting a couple hours of very interrupted sleep per night and am starting to feel sick as a result. I haven't had the energy to workout at all, although I have really wanted to. Chad is taking Cort to the Dr. today, so hopefully we can get some medicine to take care of his cough and he can go back to sleeping at night. I am feeling really motivated, just wish I had the energy to follow through. I am hoping that by the end of the week both Cort and I will be doing better. In the mean time, I am just going to stick to eating healthy.

  1. Some experts do say that eating is 80% of the weight loss equation.....WHo really knows though :)
