Tuesday March 2nd

Well I weighed in last Friday and of course was basically the same. I have been between 165-168 since January. I was frustrated last week when this was the weigh in. However, after really thinking over things I am actually semi okay with this. Meaning I have not done a thing to improve my diet. I only eat 2 meals aday which will actually slow this process down. I had fast food last week...although delicious not gpoing to help with my weightloss. Thus this week I have actually decided to focus a little bit on the eating also. Of course we went out many times last week to friends houses and so the alcohol amount is not helping the weightloss either :) Thus I am taking off a few days of drinking too. Who knows maybe I'll lose 5 punds this week...I am not holding my breath on that one :)
Anyway I am now 6 months out from my 20 pound weight loss goal...something better happen soon or I may give up :)

  1. I am glad to see you are back!!! Okay-I am in the same boat as you. I am frustrated too. I am not gaining, but not losing. However, I also haven't done much to lose anything for the past month or so. I can't believe I was on a roll before the holidays and have been slacking since. I weighed in today and was 155-so, no loss. It's time to get back on track. I am adjusting my diet slightly and starting my P90X workout videos. Of course, I can't do the workouts everyday. I did legs the other day and couldn't exercise for an entire week, I was so sore. I have since modified it so that I can do it daily and get some strenth training or cardio benefit from it. If you are still working out and not seeing results, you may have hit a plateau. You should try to do something different-like karate or something that will work a new group of muscles. So, summer is coming upon us and it really is time to get into shape. Like you, I also feel great when I eat healthy and work out. I just need to make the necessary adjustments to my caloric intake/burn so that I see results. It is nice to have more energy though and that is a good start. Let's try to be more diligent in posting frequently. I think we were both doing really well in the beginning (a couple months ago).
