Daily-Kindra

Break: 2 pc. low cal. wheat toast with jam 200 cal.
Snack: 1 pizza roll (off Creightons plate) 50 cal.
Lunch: Lean Cuisine-
(chicken and only 1/2 the rice) 200 cal.
Snack: roast beef and 2 mini heath bars 225 cal.
Snack: Low fat Jello pudding cup 60 cal.
Dinner: Pork chop, Green beans, broccoli,
and 1/4 cup noodles 400cal.
Snack: 1/4 cup icecream 100 cal.
Total: 1235 cal.
Exercise: 30 min. circuit training on weight machine.
2 diet pepsi's, only 1 glass of water. I need to work on getting much, much more water.
