Tuesday
I have worked out on the wii fit today just to dice it up. I did 30 minutes of the cardio on it and 20 of the strength training. I may not have eaten enough yesterday as I am starving today...but I am trying to be mellow with the hunger. I have had a whoe grain waffle with peanut butter and jelly on it so far today. I plan on having a burger at lunch...no bun. I do plan on eating some cookies and have a couple glasses of wine tonight at my cookie exchange. But I really think I need to be able to lose this weight while leading my normal life :)

Yeah, I get that way too. I will get too busy to eat enough and then be starving and over eat. That is why I like the plan I am doing-it requires that you eat 5-6 times a day. I am never hungry and often have to make a conscious effort to eat a snack, even though I am not hungry. It keeps the metablolism up though and does prevent overeating at mealtime. I think the most realistic approach to weightloss is just making healthier decisions and fitting in exercise to your regular daily routine. That will probably be the best way to keep it off. For me, I just need to lose the baby weight, so I want to do it as fast as possible without starving. I do want to be fit and healthy, so I can't do any crazy fad diets. I think we are doing great!
