Monday Weigh in-Kindra
Well, I had a rough week with my mom being in the hospital and I was very busy with phone calls, e-mail, facebook (it seems that is how my sisters like to fill me in) and Christmas things. I was a little disappointed when I saw that I was only down to 155 today, but that is still 2lbs. I didn't exercise much, only once this week, but I did keep busy with other activities like errands and housework. I didn't follow my diet as well as I would have liked, but I did eat healthy each day. All in all, I can't really expect more than 2lbs with the amount of work I dedicated to it this week. If I can keep losing 2lbs a week, I should be in pretty good shape in about 2 1/2 months and that is exciting. Off to a good start today, I had a piece of 45 cal. wheat toast with 1 TBS of strawberry jelly.

You really aren't supposed to lose more than 2 pounds a week to maintain it...so you are doing GREAT!!!! And remember it's the holidays and you have a life :)
